Ways and Means

Liz reported that Red Hot & Blue Nights were a big success in January, with Island Creek collecting approximately $600.00.  Our partnership with the restaurant continues to be strong, and all were pleased with the outcome.

The Domino’s Pizza coupon sale is underway.  We’ve already raised close to $600.00, with Island Creek earning $9.00 per coupon.  Each one is $10.00 and does not expire until December 2008.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.  The Reflections Ceremony promptly began at 7:20 p.m., with participation awards presented to ICES students.  Several of the students’ projects had progressed to county- and district-level competition; Denise Bolton will keep us apprised of their progress.  Cake and punch was enjoyed by all.  Ceremony ended at 8 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Lorie Kappeler
